MA’AN Development Center will be implementing a project funded by ArabFund. The project title is
“Support for Hygienic Promotion in Bedouins Communities in the Gaza Strip”. The targeted locality is Al Maghraqa Area.

Position Project Coordinator || منسق مشاريع
Duration: 10 MONTHS
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor degree from recognized university in civil engineering or related Engineering fields.
- At least, three years of professional experience in project management, with proven experience in working with NGO's.
- Experience in construction works is obligatory.
- Excellent networking and coordination skills.
- Fluency in both English & Arabic languages including both written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent reporting skills in both English & Arabic.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
- Ability to start working immediately.
Responsibilities :
- Administrative and technical supervision, follow up and implementation of project's activities.
- Preparation of detailed and effective project action plans.
- Supervision of technical and field staff involved in the project(s)
- Close Follow up on the implementation of the different components of the project(s).
- Develop the necessary administrative procedures to effectively achieve project(s) deliverablesand outcomes.
- Ensure all project activities are implemented in a timely manner and according to donor’s rules
and regulations.
- Plan and conduct regular field visits to ensure proper activities implementation on the ground.
- Prepare periodical reports as requested by MA'AN and donor in consultation with the Project
- Manager.Assist the finance department in preparing periodic financial documents and reports
- Assist the Monitoring and Evaluating officer for monitoring and evaluation of the project by reporting to donor on the project outputs and outcomes.
- To document all activities of the project(s) and maintain an efficient project(s) filing system including all project related documents.
- Participate in the representation MA'AN in workshops, conferences or seminars commissioned by MA'AN Director.
- Perform any other tasks required by supervisor or MA'AN Director.
- Directly Reporting to: Program Officer/Program Manager/M&E Officer
